The foundation of our supervision and coaching approach
Our association sets standards for supervision and coaching in the workplace and for our members‘ adequate training. We base our work on a set of shared professional and ethical convictions. This is a twofold benefit for our members. First, they can distinguish their portfolio from other formats such as consulting, mediation, facilitation and skills training. Second, they can build and expand their very own professional ethics. We have adopted strict ethical guidelines so that clients can assess our members‘ expertise – both personal and professional. We want to measured against these guidelines in the coaching market.
