20.12.2024Presseclipping In April 2024, the DGSv Executive Board published a position paper concerning the consequences of climate change on supervision, coaching and organisational consulting and the tasks of a professional association. Now ANSE Journal, a publication of the Association of National Organisations for Supervision (ANSE), has published a slightly extended version of this paper. In it Board members Annette Dr. Mulkau and Robert Erlinghagen argue that it is now too late to prevent serious changes to our living conditions. Consequently they believe that we are now dealing with a palliative process regarding our familiar structures and social systems, and that on the individual level self-preservation is increasingly replacing the idea of personal growth.
