Veranstaltungen

The Austrian Association for Supervision (ÖVS) and the Association of National Organisations for Supervision in Europe (ANSE) are organising the 2nd research conference from 30th of June to 3rd of July 2022. The conference is organised as an ONLINE conference in order to be independent from the pandemic developments.

The aim of the research conference is to discuss theories, methods and research results of the modern labour market and their impact on supervision and coaching from an interdisciplinary perspective. Speakers from the field of occupational psychology as well as from the field of digitalisation and the New Work movement are invited. In the format of workshops, the transfer to the areas of research, training, working world/organisation as well as supervisor and client will be guided during the conference.

The format provides an intensive examination of results from science as well as linking with supervising practice. Therefore, we invite participants from academia, training and practice to this conference. We think that the interweaving of science and practice is of central importance, especially for training.

Furthermore, the conference offers a forum for (young) scientists to present their current research questions, scientific work and research projects. We want to remain thematically open, but expect a concrete connection to supervision and coaching. We look forward to your active interest and participation in the forum!
